The electronic scientific journal "Pedagogical Bulletin of the Union State" is a Russian-Belarusian online periodical publishing scientific articles by leading Russian, Belarusian, and foreign educators and psychologists. The journal's materials are intended not only for specialists, but also for everyone interested in general pedagogy, the theory and methods of teaching and upbringing, as well as pedagogical, social, political, and economic psychology.
The founder and publisher of the journal is Pskov State University, and the co-founder is Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Машеров. One of the main objectives of the publication is to promote the formation of a unified academic environment in the Russian-Belarusian border region and to create an open platform for interethnic communication, exchange of scientific information, and results of fundamental research in the field of psychological and pedagogical knowledge. Expert support for the journal's activities is provided by the Permanent Committee of the Union State. The journal is indexed in the following databases: RSCI (РИНЦ), Crossref, Google Scholar. The editorial board of the international online scientific publication is continuously improving the journal and implementing a policy of its progressive development, including indexing and posting the publication's materials in leading Russian and international scientometric databases.
