The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation informs international students participating in the Summer University project about the implementation of updated entry procedures for entering the Russian Federation.
In accordance with Government Decree No. 1510 dated 07.11.2024, an experimental initiative is being conducted to implement digital mechanisms for entry and exit. These new regulations apply to all foreign nationals arriving for educational purposes and are aimed at simplifying administrative procedures.
